How do we order?
You can add books into the basket, and check out your order through your shopping cart menu in our page. You will need to fill in information regarding your address for shipping, as well as the payment method. Once done, you can proceed to payment.
How do we pay?
Payment can be done through Midtrans as our sole payment partner.
What kind of payment is available?
Midtrans supports all available payment method including Go-Pay, QRIS, credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and bank virtual accounts.
How long will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed in 1 business day, and will be delivered by publisher according to the information provided in the product page, which can range from 3-40 days of business days.
What is the refund mechanism if my product is damaged?
You can email us through rama@bookurama.com detailing the damaged products, including description of the damage and photos, and the bank account number for refund. Once we have confirmed that the product can be refunded, we will transfer the funds within 7 business days.
